Products and Services are for research or manufacturing use only and should not be used for human therapeutics or diagnostic applications. Under the US FDA, products are available only for research uses. The Code of Regulations, Title 21, Sections 312.9 and 809.10 explicitly state that such research products are for investigational use in laboratory research animals or in vitro research. These product are intended for research or manufacturing use only.
Payment is due upon receipt of goods or initiation of custom services. Terms are net 30 days. A 2% monthly late charge on account balances over 30 days past due from the date of shipment or completion of services will be added to invoices. All checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to a $25.00 fee. All prices are F.O.B. Sunnyvale.
Published prices are subject to change without notice.
No returns are accepted without prior written approval. Please call customer service before returning any products for refund, credit or replacement. Custom products meeting customer specifications are not returnable.
Antibody Solutions products are warranted to meet catalog specifications. Products not meeting such specification and returned within 10 days of shipment will, at Antibody Solutions discretion, be replaced with material of like kind or refunded at the purchase price. Directions given on the product specification sheet or label are an integral part of the warranty conditions and must be strictly followed. Replacement or refund will not be made for materials rendered defective due to improper storage, alteration, or storage beyond normal shelf life.
Limitations of Liability
Antibody Solutions collects information from you when you contact us through our website. When inquiring or ordering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. Any of the information we collect from you may be used for customer service purposes. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the information, product or service requested. The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. Trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, may have access to personal information so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
